Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The item(s) must have all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box).

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • T-Shirts
  • Bulk orders

Return Process To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at inquiry@relladi.com to initiate the return. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the RMA number and return form.
  4. Ship the package using the pre-paid return label provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at inquiry@relladi.com for assistance. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
